Rock'n It in the Kitchen-Cooking with Essential Oils

 I have loved to cook for a long time and was introduced to Essential oils a few years ago with s cooking class that ignited a huge passion to play and find way to do the two together. This passion of Essential Oils and Cooking really came together about two years ago when I won a nationwide cooking contest using Thyme and Rosemary Essential oils to make a Breakfast Quiche.
The recipe was published in the Worldwide Living Doterra Magazine. The story behind it here. It was so great to do what I enjoy and be apart of something really fun.  There were 5 winners from all over the nation.

It began my Good For Utah Run where you can now  see me on TV every month showing how to cook with essential oils or how to DIY with essential oils. On my latest segment  I made Peppermint Crème Brûlée Smore's with Michelle Money. They were delicious but they caused me  a little bit of stress, you've got to see the segment. I struggled with the broiler. I regret not taking pictures of my epic failures for all to see. I still had the most fun so far on the show.
